IDSA 2009 International Conference CBI Present "Wu Xing" Concept

September 23rd-26th, Cathy Huang, President of CBI was invited by Bruce Claxton, the former President of IDSA and International Conference Chair to attend the 2009 International Conference: Project Infusion at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel in Florida, USA. Cathy as the keynote speaker delivered a wonderful speech named 5 Elements of Innovation Management and received all kinds of compliments.
 
Project Infusion is a new format for IDSA's international Conference. The subject is to encourage the innovative thinking, inspiration, knowledge and wisdom sharing. With the communication open, new viewpoints are extracted and entire industries go forward. Besides of the IDSA members both domestic and international attendees across diverse disciplines were invited to exchange ideas, and the audience added up to 500.
 
Cathy Huang addressed a wonderful speech on the topic of 5 Elements of Innovation Management, combining five key elements from Western innovation management theories with the time-honored Eastern elements of "Wu Xing"--Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water. The new theory with Chinese philosophy explanation and business oriented thinking received all kinds of compliments and warmly applause.
 
CBI got and shared much on the way, meanwhile bridged for home and abroad experts with Chinese design industries. Many attendees showed big interest in Chinese culture and design practice and looking forward to working together with CBI in near future.
